Every Client gets a custom program that is periodized to avoid plateaus ad takes their restrictions, movement quality, and goals into account.

Learn to lift correctly so you can get stronger and avoid injuries, aches, and pains. Ted has experience working with all skill levels and regresses and progresses exercises so you can get the most out of your lifts for your skill level.

Nutrition

Ted has several nutrition certifications and can help you adjust your metabolism, fix your gut health, or learn how to build habits that will help you. No generic, frustrating meal plans that make no sense for real life.

State Of The Art Equipment

The Roar Performance Gym has equipment you won't even find in commercial gyms, let alone some D1 weight rooms, to help even the most restricted lifters train hard and safe.
